My Perfect Neon Returns Policy

My Perfect Neon abides by the Consumer Contracts Regulations and the Consumer Rights Act.

Every My Perfect Neon sign is custom-made to order and, as such, the 14-day cooling-off period within the Consumer Contracts Regulations does NOT apply.  If you’ve fallen out of love with your sign, do get in touch and let us see what we can do to help.

If your sign is faulty, damaged in transit, not as described or fails due to a quality issue during the first 12 months of ownership, you are protected by the Consumer Rights Act and covered by our 12-month warranty.

Contact us straight away using the contact form on the website (use the button below).  Please include your order number, date of purchase (if you have it) and a description of the issue.  Please attach photographs and video illustrating the issue for diagnostic and quality purposes.  Please note that if you do not provide photos and video, it will limit our ability to help.
