Terms of Purchase – My Perfect Neon LED Flexi-Neon Signage
Design Service & Proofing
My Perfect Neon Ltd supply all our LED Flexi-Neon designed & made to order, you are welcome to supply your own artwork or design for your LED Flexi-Neon sign, however if you do not have any artwork or designs we can prepare artwork for you from our list of pre-approved fonts.
As part of our process when supplying LED Flexi-Neon Signs, following acceptance of a quote by one of our sales team, an artwork proof will be supplied to you prior to production. Production proofs will be provided free of charge as part of our service however will be limited to a maximum of 5 customer design amendments before further amendments will be subject to artwork charges. Once approved the artwork will not be amendable with incurring additional charges or covering costs of materials used prior to the order being cancelled.
Fixings & Fittings
My Perfect Neon Ltd supply a variety of fixings & fixtures for our LED Flexi-Neon Signs & will assist in recommending the appropriate fixing based on all information provided to us at the time of ordering. My Perfect Neon Ltd will not accept responsibility for any costs or charges arising from any incorrect fixing information provided to us or should the fixing requirements change during production or once the sign has been dispatched/received by the customer.
Should any modifications be made to the sign following delivery for example drilling new holes for fixings or altering fixing positions which in turn results in any fault or damage to the sign, this will void the warranty of the sign & therefore any repair or remake costs shall be the sole responsibility of the customer & not that of My Perfect Neon Ltd.
Returns & Refunds
All our orders are made bespoke to order & once artwork is approved & production has begun of your order, you will not be able to cancel the order unless at the discretion of the CEO of My Perfect Neon Ltd & without covering the cost of materials & labour used prior to cancellation.
All our LED Flexi-Neon Signs are covered by a Limited Warranty which covers all electrical components where used appropriately. In the unlikely event that you experience a fault with your LED Flexi-Neon product, resolution for this fault will be dependent on the reason for the fault & will be determined between the customer & My Perfect Neon Ltd.
All our indoor LED Flexi-Neon Signs will be covered for 12 months from date & time of dispatch.
All our outdoor LED Flexi-Neon Signs will be covered for a 3-month period from date & time of dispatch.
Warranty Coverage for Hard Wired & Installed Signs
My Perfect Neon Ltd will bear no responsibility for any costs or charges incurred when installing and/or uninstalling of your sign whether that action is completed by the customer or any other third party. In the unlikely event, that your sign should experience an alleged fault, we will first request that you provide photographs and/or videos & send them to us for diagnostic purposes to try & determine the reason for the fault.
On certain occasions, we may require the sign to be sent back to us for replacement or repair. In the event the sign is required to be returned, My Perfect Neon Ltd can arrange for signs to be collected back for repair either via our own vehicles (dependant on geographical location) or via third-party courier however should the fault be deemed as out of warranty & therefore not covered by our warranty, the customer will then be liable for any costs involved with collecting & redelivering the sign.
If you have chosen to have your sign installed and/or hard wired, My Perfect Neon Ltd takes no responsibility for any costs incurred due to uninstalling and/or reinstalling your sign. If your sign has been hardwired in by an electrician it is at the sole discretion of the CEO of My Perfect Neon Ltd to decide if the occurring fault is covered by our Limited Warranty following an investigation into the specific fault.
Damages in Transit
In the event you should receive your LED Flexi-Neon Sign damaged by one of our third-party couriers, you will have 48 hours from the date & time of delivery to inform us of the damage to your item. We will require images of both the packaging & the item as proof of damage, these will help us claim for damages against the courier. Failure to inform us of damages within the above time frame will result in your product(s) being void of warranty & the decision will be taken by My Perfect Neon Ltd, as to the appropriate resolution for which the customer may be liable for some of the costs informed in a repair or replacement.
Upon delivery of your item, if you are unsure or doubtful about the condition of your sign or believe the item may be damaged in any way YOU MUST SIGN FOR YOUR ITEM AS “UNCHECKED” OR “DAMAGED.” Even if the packaging is damaged but later you find that your sign is ok, it is important to sign for the item as noted above to assist us in any potential claim against the courier.
